We would like to thank you all so much for your participation in the OdS Scholarship Program 2017! We have greatly enjoyed the quality of your videos about what you personally do to eat healthy in college.

Unfortunately the number of participants is under the minimum number required to proceed for the winner selection as stated in the terms and conditions.

We hope to receive a greater number of applications for the OdS Program 2018 (starting in January 2018)!

Terms and conditions

AM I ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?

To apply for the OdS Scholarship, you must be at least eighteen years old and residing legally in the United States. Additionally, you must currently be enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States. Each eligible applicant may submit only one application for the OdS Scholarship per calendar year. Void where prohibited. Your submission of an application for the OdS Scholarship shall constitute your consent to be bound in all respects by the terms and conditions set forth in these rules, and your unconditional acceptance thereof and of the decisions of the OdS, which shall be final and binding. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of these rules, please do not submit an application for the OdS Scholarship.

HOW WILL OdS DECIDE WHO IS AWARDED A SCHOLARSHIP?

The winner is selected after a team of judges comprised of members of OdS’s management team reviews all entries, after the deadline of July 31, 2017. Applicants are judged on creativity, thoughtfulness, and insight. The winner will be announced August 15, 2017.

HOW WILL SCHOLARSHIP AWARD BE PAID?

The scholarship award shall be non-transferable and will be in the form of a check made payable to the eligible institution of higher education attended by the recipient. Scholarship award recipient must submit proof of current enrollment at such institution in order for OdS to remit the award. No cash equivalent awards will be provided.

COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY APPROVAL

The institution must be accredited and listed on the official website of the U.S. Department of Education.

  • There is NO ENTRY FEE AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS COMPETITION
  • Closing date for entry will be July 31, 2017 at 11:59:59pm PST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • Odds of winning are based on the total number of entrants. Only one winner will be selected from the entire pool of eligible entries.
  • The winner will receive a one-time $1000 scholarship to be applied to qualified expenses.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current federal and state data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • OdS accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • Minimum # of Applicants: 10
